Terms & Conditions

These Conditions of Service (hereafter referred to as “Conditions of Service”) constitute a binding, legal agreement between the user and Aussie Limo & Corporate Cars covering User Services (“Services”) provided by Aussie Limo.

The user is required to review these Conditions of Service in their entirety before use. By using the Services, users agree to be bound by these Conditions of Service and will also be subject to any additional terms posted on our website (“Site”) located at www.aussielimo.com.au These additional terms include (without limitation) the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Without an expressed agreement with the following Conditions of Service, users are instructed to discontinue using the Services. Aussie Limo reserves the right to modify or augment these Conditions of Service without notice and at will. Continued use after such amendments represents your acceptance of the Conditions of Service as amended or expanded. The responsibility to review these Conditions of Service at regular intervals falls to the user.

SUPPLEMENTARY CHARGES:

Additional charges may be incurred as a result of any modifications to your trip after pickup. The user is required to solicit an updated price from the Chauffeur or the dispatcher before proceeding continuing.

PRICING:

At the discretion of Aussie Limo, all advertised rates are subject to change without notice. Please note that prices may also rise during holiday seasons or special events.

RATE QUOTE:

The user should be aware that the price estimate before departure is an estimation based on information that is subject to change and was provided at the time of the reservation. Additional fees for tolls, gratuity, idling time and added stops are not included in the estimate and may increase your rate.

Payments:

Payment for the requested service must be made at the time of booking before the scheduled service date. Any changes or deviations resulting in a modification of the travel route, beyond what was initially agreed, will incur additional costs to the customer. These costs are determined according to the price list available. If modifications are made during the service, leading to an increased service price, the passenger must settle the difference in cash directly with the driver.

For transfers conducted outside the city limits, hourly rates will be considered, unless otherwise agreed upon in the Agreement. The price does not include parking fees and accommodation for chauffeurs if customers stay overnight in a city other than the service origin.

Refund Policy:

Aussie Limo service is not responsible for any delay or cancellation arising from mechanical problems. We retain the right to substitute a similar vehicle with an equivalent rental value.

Clients making a reservation with Aussie Limo; are deemed to accept and agree to the cancellation policy. For any cancellation of a reservation within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up time, a full refund will be issued. If cancelled between 24 to 48 hours, 50% of the total fare will be deducted for refund. Furthermore, no refund will be awarded if a client cancels the service within 24 hours from the booking scheduled time.

At international airports, after a flight landing; 70 minutes of wait time is allowed where no extra charge has to be paid by customers. Beyond this free time, $1 per minute will be charged. At the domestic airport, 30 minutes of free waiting time is allowed after the flight landing. Thereafter, $1 per minute will be charged. For point-to-point transfers, 10 minutes of free waiting time is offered to clients and $1 will be charged after that.

If flights get delayed more than 2 hours from the scheduled time, we won’t guarantee the chauffeurs will be still waiting as they may have other bookings. Feel free to contact us as early as possible to discuss the new arrival time with our team.

Personal Data:

The customer affirms and guarantees that all provided data, including details of passengers, are accurate.

The customer’s personal data may be transferred upon request from public administration bodies and authorised entities, including law enforcement authorities. This transfer may occur in connection with inquiries related to alleged or committed crimes, misdemeanours, or administrative offences during the Agreement’s term.
